Obligations of the user
On the website, the user may be asked to fill in online forms.
To this end, the user undertakes to provide true, accurate, up-to-date and complete personal information about him or herself.
The user also undertakes to regularly update this personal data in order to keep it true, accurate, up-to-date and complete.
In the event that the user provides false, inaccurate, out-of-date or incomplete information, the publisher is entitled to immediately and for the future refuse the user access to all or part of its website.
Obligations of the CCCA-BTP
The user’s personal data is in no way intended to be marketed, sold or rented to third parties. This personal data will be used in strict compliance with the European Regulation for the protection of personal data and solely to meet the purpose(s) of the form in question. Furthermore, they will not be disclosed outside the European partnership of the CCCA-BTP project and network.
