Obligations of the user

On the website, the user may be asked to fill in online forms.
To this end, the user undertakes to provide true, accurate, up-to-date and complete personal information about him or herself.
The user also undertakes to regularly update this personal data in order to keep it true, accurate, up-to-date and complete.
In the event that the user provides false, inaccurate, out-of-date or incomplete information, the publisher is entitled to immediately and for the future refuse the user access to all or part of its website.

Obligations of the CCCA-BTP

The user’s personal data is in no way intended to be marketed, sold or rented to third parties. This personal data will be used in strict compliance with the European Regulation for the protection of personal data and solely to meet the purpose(s) of the form in question. Furthermore, they will not be disclosed outside the European partnership of the CCCA-BTP project and network.

General

It is reminded that, in accordance with Law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 (amended), known as the “Data Protection Act” and European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (RGPD), the user has the right to consult, modify and withdraw any personal data brought to the attention of the editor. This right may be exercised at any time by sending requests to the following e-mail address: donnees.personnelles@ccca-btp.fr.

Without prejudice to the above, the CCCA-BTP may be required to reveal the user’s personal data as well as the data sent, received or deposited by the latter only in order to :

• ensure compliance with an applicable law or the execution of an investigation procedure;
• satisfy a legal obligation necessary to avoid liability for damages suffered by a third party as a result of the user’s violation of the provisions contained herein.

The CCCA-BTP is likely to collect and process all or part of the data you provide us by filling in the contact form and/or creating an account.

As such, the CCCA-BTP is responsible for processing within the meaning of the regulations applicable to personal data and in particular the General Data Protection Regulation n° 2016/679 of 27 April 2016.

The personal data collected are the following:

The purposes of processing, their legal bases and retention periods are as follows:

1. To respond to users’ requests via the contact form.
   Legal basis: legitimate interest
   Retention period: duration of the processing
2. To feed the CCCA-BTP contact database (training organizations, partners, etc.) in order to carry out its public service mission, and in particular to send emailings informing the persons concerned of current events in the field of building and public works or of the activities of the CCCA-BTP
   Legal basis: legitimate interest
   Retention period: 13 months from the date of contact

The recipients of the personal data are as follows:

• The internal departments of the CCCA-BTP concerned;
• Subcontractors who may be involved in the development, maintenance and hosting of the site

You have the right to access, rectify, delete and portability of information concerning you.
